6 Amazing Bollywood Movies, Every Dog Lover Must Watch!

Unlike Hollywood, there are rare movies in Bollywood which have focused on dogs. So this time we decided to explore the diamonds out. When we started our dig we found these six super remarkable movies created by our very own tinsel town. Certainly, these movies were blockbusters and truly deserve applause. Undeniably, the overall credit goes to the dogs, how good they were? There acting has given a hard-hitting tiff from Jackie Shroff to Dabangg Salman Khan to Khiladi Kumar and many more leading stars of Bollywood. Sharing space with these rulers of tinsel town is a tough task but proudly taking off the show is incredible. Let’s not waste time and check the list.

DIL DHADAKNE DO (2015) -

dil dhadakne do.

The full on dramatic movie of the Zoya Akhtar starring a long bunch of high profile stars. A movie fully messed with relationships and overflowing emotions would be difficult for us to understand if the dog would not have helped us. Yes, we are talking about Pluto Mehra the handsome Bullmastiff. The coolest member of Mehra family and should say the most sensible one too. If you have watched the movie released in 2015 then you can relate to me. And must not forget the voice over done by Mr. Perfectionist Aamir Khan who made us roll over heels.

ENTERTAINMENT (2014) -

Who was the lead actor of this movie wasn’t he Akshay Kumar? Sorry, you are wrong, it was an adorable Golden Retriever who tops the movie with his cuddly acting. Here the cuteness of the dog has given a tough tiff to our charming Khiladi Kumar. This movie has all the story, comedy with tiffs and tribulations well portrayed around who wants to be the heir. And surprisingly the heir was none other than the golden retriever. Must not forget Entertainment is one such movie which ends us up by validating the importance of dogs in our life.

CHILLAR PARTY (2011) -

chillar party

This movie was a pure portrayal of love between kids and dogs. The plot was entirely based on how a group of kids fought with their own society and so called a politician who announced to catch all the stray dogs and terminate them. At the end, the full group of children succeeded in saving their dog and ended up giving us a life long lesson. Everything that we have learned in our school is just what we do not follow now and these children made us feel that they are right and we need to change our thinking. We must say this national award winner movie celebrates the stray dogs and we loved the innovative attempt.

HUM AAPKE HAI KAUN (1994) -

HumAapkeHainKaun .

The iconic family drama of 1990’s tops the chart as the essence of the whole story was assisted by none other than a furry guy that is Indian Spitz. We all know him as Tuffy. Tuffy made us laugh being an umpire and cry when lost his bhabhi in the whole movie. But we should not forget the climax of the evergreen movie of Dabangg Salman Khan which would have been impossible without the darling pooch. How to forget that nail biting scene of the movie wherein we all were just utterly depressed seeing our Madhuri getting married to her Jija g. Then comes this Indian Spitz who made the climax jaw dropping and still love him for that.

TERI MEHARBANIYA (1985) -

Teri Meharbaniya

Have you ever wondered a Bollywood movie to be drawn on the shoulders of a dog? It really happened in one of the blockbuster movies of Jackie Shroff named Teri Meherbaniya. Here in this movie, the pure bred chocolate labrador retriever named Brownie played the lead role wherein Jackie Shroff and Poonam Dhillon played the second lead. Yes, I am saying the fact. The plot of the 1985 movie was so designed wherein the hero and heroine were murdered by the villains and the dog takes the entire responsibilities of revenge of the death of the masters in a classic way. The title track is one such song which every dog owners must ode.

MAA (1992) -

Let's get back to the era of jumping jack Jeetendra’s movie Maa wherein a dog could see the spirit of her passed away mistress played by Jaya Bhaduri and followed her instructions to save her baby from the so-called villains. This movie is a clear cut example of dogs amazing senses. And here again, it's a Labrador. The movie was a hit and why will it not be when you are being protected by a dog.
