5.11 TRAINING -

Training a rottweiler is an absolute necessary. A serious and diligent trainer is required to train them. The training should be started when the puppy is of seven to nine months. As it becomes easy to train them simple commands at earlier stages. The essential part of training them is it has to be throughout the lifespan and directly benefit your dog. Reward your pet whenever he is listening to your command and acting accordingly.

But treats should be later replaced with a pat, a hug, a clap or consistently praising them while talking. About the time of the training it should be a session of 10-15 minutes and only to be done when the puppy is in an active mood. The sessions can increase the span of time. One thing to keep in mind while training is if your puppy is not acting as expected or little dull, stop the training instantly and play with him or try to praise him.
